thankyou for your comments. hoping to answer your questions, the hospital will open on the 27th of April and shortly after will see the purchase of all the matresses and linen. within the next 3 weeks staff will be sort for the positions of midwife/nurses. as with the hospital and all its furnishings the staff content will all be funded by my mum and dad.
i know my father is working with rotary both here in Australia and in the Philippines and hopefully we will be able to raise funds and achieve matching grants for the purchase of X-Ray and ultrasound equipment
the hospital is a wonderful project and brings so much joy to many people

Maurie, it is 4 months since I last visited your site. The progress is most impressive. This hospital building is second to none in Cebu I am sure. Very well done, I hope you get enough equipment to make it fully operational.

Dear Jeiji and Cath,
I am so happy to be the first visitor to this site, I must admit, it made me shed a tear.
The Hospital is a beautiful building and will give so much help and hope to those who need it.
I sincerely hope that we are touched to continue the dream of helping our fellow man.
